All of TTC’s Programs follow the long-term athletic development model, improving movement, speed, agility, power and sport specific skills.
Some people workout – we train.
From grassroots to university athletes. This program will be built around your long-term athletic goals. Training 2-5 days a week, depending on your needs and schedule. Currently we are working with athletes varying from youth soccer and hockey to university football men and university rugby women. All athletes have shown tremendous improvement and have enjoyed their training.
We require a minimum two-month commitment from athletes for this training. Price varies, depending on if we are doing 1 on 1 or small group training (no more than 4 athletes at a time). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
My son loves training with Ryan. His confidence has grown so much over the past year. Especially in the areas of fitness and speed (the areas he needed the most growth). He always looks forward to this training. My son gets a lot of soccer training already. It’s really beneficial to have speed and agility focused training.Youth Soccer Parent.
This program will run over two 8-week blocks, as a beginner type program that will progress following the long-term athletic development model. Sessions will be run out of the gym at TTC and the field/synthetic ice at TTC3. Athletes will improve their movement skills, speed/agility, power, puck handling and shooting abilities. Space is limited as we keep a low coach to player ratio to maximize the instruction and value for athletes.

We really enjoyed running this program last summer and all the athletes displayed growth throughout the camp. Athletes will improve movement, stability, speed and agility, while also being introduced to some various power exercises to enhance their development.
