Our staff works to build the athlete's confidence and trust through group training and highly individualized programs for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our athletes rapidly develop in areas of fundamental movements, speed, agility, power and sport specific skills.
We recognize most clubs simply don’t have enough practice time to fulfill a holistic approach to athletic development. We’d love to help. We believe it is of upmost importance for youth athletes to continue developing in areas of fundamental movements, balance, speed, agility, ultimately become more explosive and confident players on the field. These areas when developed further will accelerate the athletes learning curve with sport specific training.
Our team training sessions are available for $150/hr. Coaches take a collaborative approach with the teams coaching staff/tech directors to ensure we are offering a customized solution best suited to each individual team.
We’d love to hear from you and see how we can best serve your athletes this season.
