The last 5 minutes of your time are for packing up only.

Be off the field completely the minute your time finishes.

You must leave the field like you got it - any netting/goals must be returned to their original position.

We do not offer cancellations for our Block Bookers (10 sessions or more).

If you are booking a once off slot that is not reoccurring we offer:

2 weeks notice: Full refund

1 weeks notice: Credit for future booking

Before you leave the room you are renting, you are required to clean up after yourself (leave the room in its original state).

A tidying checklist will be provided in the room. If you are not sure what to do, ask our staff on shift!

If the room is left untidy, a $40 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter.

- Chairs and tables must be returned to original place.

- Wipe down tables, counter tops and whiteboard (ask staff for a sanitizer spray bottle and cloth)

- All garbage must be bagged and any decorations removed

- Floor must be clear of debris

Effective immediately, the Lost and Found clothing and items will be kept for 15 days, after which they will be donated to various charities.

We strongly suggest that you place a tag or write your child’s name on the items or inside the articles of clothing.

Not sure where our lost and found is? Ask one of our staff or call our office.

Unfortunately we cannot go and check if your item was left behind, however you are more than welcome to come take a look!

TTC 1 - Go through our main entrance. This will bring you to the foyer area. On your right you will see a table labelled 'lost & found'.

TTC 3 - Go through the main entrance. Follow the path to our fields. Once you get into the fieldhouse the lost and found will be on your right by the double doors you used to enter.

TTC 4 - Go through the field house doors. Once you are inside take a right and walk alongside Field G to the very end. You will pass the toilets and sinks. The lost and found should be visible to your right, labelled 'lost & found' on the wall.
