Founded in 2017 by Paul Morigeau, Turf Training Centre has quickly become a vital part of Edmonton's sports and recreation community. At Turf Training Centre we work tirelessly to provide a safe and functional sports performance facility for grassroots to professionals.
Quintin has graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019. He has participated in various athletics throughout his life, but his focus was lacrosse and has played for teams in Alberta and British Columbia where he’s made Team BC. In addition, he played in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he received a NCAA scholarship for lacrosse. Health and fitness are his passion, and he has had the opportunity to train alongside athletes at both the amateur and professional level.
Rees is a York University graduate after wrapping up a decorated football career, having the opportunity to play on multiple all-star teams, including Team Canada and Team World. Rees has gained valuable training experience running programs at PlaymakerU and being an assistant strength and conditioning coach at York University. Rees also currently works with athletes at the Peak School of Football and Bev Facey High School as a NCCP and CSCS.
Allan played professionally for 7 years with FC Edmonton in the Nasl and CPL and represented Canada at the u20 level. He also was FC Edmonton’s assistant coach for the 2022 CPL. In 2018, Allan started running 1on1 and small group sessions in the city for player of all ages and different levels. He has been coaching BTB u21 since 2020 and helped players moved on to university and professionally.
Allan will be running and overseeing the soccer programs at TTC.
Morgan graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology specializing in sports performance. While completing her degree, she was a starting midfielder on the Pandas Soccer Team, earning the captain role in her final two years. During her time with the Pandas, she received 4 Academic All-Canadian awards, 2 CanWest First team All-star awards, and the Tracy David Leadership award. After completing her final season with the Pandas, she stepped into a coaching role with the Scottish United Soccer Club. Now at TTC, she looks forward to continuing her development of coaching through group and individual training sessions.
Paul has years of experience in the sports management world. As the founder of North Strong Lacrosse and former Program Director and High-Performance Coach at Vimy Ridge, Paul has a passion to help children and youth realize their full potential through participation in sports, building confidence and leadership skills.
Paul has always been a sports club supporter. He is also a lawyer with business experience and many years of leadership in sports. He developed a sports training facility in Red Deer for indoor field sports from the ground up utilized by clubs from all over the province. Paul’s goal with TTC is to create a home environment for Edmonton’s top sports clubs.
